Shipping Charges
We ensure that your order reaches to you timely and safely so that you can enjoy an amazing experience of the premium fragrances😇
To ensure Safety of your order we apply a nominal shipping charges of ₹39 and Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24hrs of receiving order. You may receive a call to confirm you order and then you'll recieve a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time
After the processing is done, the Candle will be cured and get its final touch and will be dispatched in 2 - 3 days and delivered within 5-6 days (depending of your location) after dispatch (ALL OVER DELIVERY TIME IS 8-10 DAYS AFTER CONFIRMATION). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this to monitor your shipment's progress on our courier partner's website.

Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your products. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue at "decopulent.official@gmail.com" . We’ll assist you promptly.
